* Kikalong Overall Dimension: 410 Dia x 410 H mm • Made up in CRCA steel • 70 micron Oven heated powder coated. • Base to be build in single sheet (no welding structure) by die punch with proper rubber anti skit 5 mm sheet glued with rubber & metal adhesive. • Top is 310 mm die punch plate with 5 mm rubber anti skid matt with required glue to fix with steel sheet • Bottom edge must be covered with rubber gasket in V – groove shape to create vacuum. • Bottom will have spring loaded castor to bear 40 kgs UDL (Uniform Distributed Load) on top to make the unit perfectly mobile. • Castor with 30mm dia should be of rigid PVC or nylon construction to meet smooth movement.
